I first watched "Hans Christian Andersen" on The ABC TV Network
back in the late 1960's. It was a special presentation with actor/musician/
conductor/arranger and HCA authority..Mr.Victor Borge as the host/narrator
of the film.

ABC TV reran the film again a year or so later..without a host and then..
I watched the film on WPIX TV Ch.11 for a few years..until..it was shown on
Amercian Movie Classics and then on Turner Classic Movies. Mr.Robert Dorian
host the film on AMC and on TCM...Mr.Robert Osborne mc'd the screenings of
the film.

All I remember about this film is a couple of songs, including Thumbelina, sung by Danny Kaye. I used to love that song...
