I had first cousins back in the mid-1960's whose parents #1 rule was for them to wear their seatbelts. I thought that was MEAN! My parents didn't care if me or my sister wore our seatbelts-- as far as we were concerned the seatbelts were just something that was in the way. Fast forward to the present and wearing a seatbelt is second nature. Funny how things change over the years.
