I remember my brother buying me this candy when I was like 7 or 8 years old. There was a little store we stopped at on our way home from school that sold this. Loved it.

I seem to remember the envelopes looked different than these, more like smaller Kool-Aid packs, not stuck together and perforated. There were maybe eight flavors and I think I used to pay 3 cents a pack. I bought a lot of them. The powder was exactly like that found in Pixy Stix, but I can't find those anymore.
