I received the Red Ryder 94 at age 12, exactly like the one at the bottom of this ad. It was a Christmas gift and my pride and joy, but my mother was against it, yet I don't recall that she ever told me I'd shoot my eye out.

The No. 25 pump gun has recently been reissued, and is very popular again. The Red Ryder carbine has been reissued also, a number of years ago. Older folks are buying 'em up for their nostalgia value.
